You’ll liaise with drivers, coordinate paperwork, ensure all Proof of Delivery documents (PODs) are accounted for, and report any returned or rejected deliveries. You’ll also lead routine cycle counts, ensure facility checklists are up to date, and handle administrative duties like petty cash reconciliation.
